the classic French beef stew braised in red wine and beef stock served with a parsnip potato purée.
to complete this 5 course meal, we will start with an amuse bouche or two, a fennel and orange salad to ready the palate, crusty bread with the main course (of course), followed by a green salad and a bit of cheese, and a light dessert to end the meal. C’est Magnifique!
